This is a part-time role with opportunity to grow based on performance and agency expansion.

Position Overview

 

This role focuses on customer service, policy support, and cross-selling opportunities within our existing book of business. You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

 

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable having insurance conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions
  • Follow up on existing quotes
  • Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life products
  • Identify life insurance opportunities within existing households
  • Request referrals from satisfied customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Support daily office operations
Compensation

  • $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses for cross-sell and new business support
  • Growth opportunity into expanded role based on results
